Shutdown
SHUTDOWN.EXE was written for Windows 3.1/95/98. This was back in the day before you worried about multiple users. If I recall correctly, I wrote it using the Turbo C++ Compiler. I won't even try to guess the version number.
The program was designed to simply tell the machine to exit windows, shutdown or reboot. It will run in Windows 2000, but does not perform as expected.
